Embedding Employability Framework

Review

The Review stage aims to offer a greater insight to employability data by providing an informed narrative focusing on how your area performs against both the University ambition and our comparator universities in both Scotland and the Russell Group.

This data can be used to inform or measure the impact of any developments introduced via the Embedding Employability Framework and support you with other specific requests that may be related to curriculum development, (re)accreditation processes, student recruitment and more.

What do you need to do?

Utilise the skills and employability data insights to inform potential developments relating to the Embedding Employability Framework and/or to measure progress against existing developments. You could also consider ways in which this data and subsequent insights could support your wider work.

What support is provided at this stage?

  • Dashboards containing our Career Readiness and Graduate Outcomes data
  • An annual College Employability Report created by Careers & Employability Managers
  • A request form to ask for support accessing skills and employability-related data
  • You can also contact your College Careers & Employability Manager for an employability report at School level, or to investigate the data further to support your wider work.
