If you have a question about online exams, log into UofG Helpdesk and submit the Current Exam and Assessment Enquiries form. If you are unable to access UofG Helpdesk, call 0141 330 4800 to contact the Exam Helpdesk by phone. 

The Reach Out IT Exam Helpdesk will be available throughout the exam period at the following times: 

Monday - Friday - 08:00-22:00 
Saturdays - 08:00-15:30 

The team will respond to any enquiries submitted outside of Exam Helpdesk hours as soon as possible.

Places to study on campus

Work to upgrade the Annexe of the University Library is underway, so please be aware that there may be some intermittent noise in the building from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Weekly updates about the project and any expected disruption are posted on the UofG Library News webpage. Any disruption will also be clearly signposted in the Library building.

Alternative quiet study spaces are available in the McMillan Reading Room, on Level 3 of the Fraser Building and in the James McCune Smith Learning Hub, which offers a silent study area on Level 5. Find a space and check how busy each space is in the UofG Life app.
