Abstract

Much research is about validity, transparency, rigor and data management. The presentation addresses other possibilities for research, including problematization, raising new research questions, thinking differently about phenomena. The purpose is to mobilize methodological support for conducting more imaginative and creative research. 

Bio

Mats Alvesson is prof at University of Bath and Lund University. He has published many books, including Reflexive Methodology (with Sköldberg), Interpreting Interviews and Constructing Research Questions (with Sandberg). His latest book is The art of Less. How to Focus on what Really matters at work (with Spicer).
