EDI Committee
Our EDI committee is currently comprised of a core team of 10 people across professional, technical and academic job families, who are supported by student and post-doctoral representatives.
As part of our EDI mainstreaming approach, EDI matters are widely embedded across school activities. This ensures that we have multiple mechanisms to gain a well-rounded view of how common gender and intersectional issues impact different staff groups and career stages.
Importantly this structure also enables the GES community to work together to actively improve EDI.
The current chair of the EDI committee is Professor Larissa Naylor, she can be reached at larissa.naylor@glasgow.ac.uk
