Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland Health defence team are running free cholesterol checks for staff, students and members of the public.
Checking cholesterol is vital for heart health. High cholesterol often has no symptoms but increases the risk of heart disease and stroke. Regular screening helps detect problems early, guiding lifestyle changes or treatments.
The test, which involves drawing a little blood from a pin prick in finger, is very quick and provides instant results.
