- The deadline for submission of abstracts is 2nd May 2025.
- Notification of acceptance will be made by 7th May 2025.

Please use the Word or Latex templates provided below to prepare your abstracts. If you use the Word template, please convert it to pdf format before submitting.
How to submit
- Abstracts in PDF format (produced using the template above) must be submitted here
- Please indicate in the submission form whether you wish to give an oral presentation or present a poster and who will be the presenting author.
- Oral presentations will be 12 minutes in length with an additional 3 minutes for discussion.
- Please note that there is a limited number of slots for oral presentations.
